What size drill bit should I use to drill a new center steering pivot pin to accept the taper pin (I do have the #5 taper ream)

The manual doesn't seem to specify. Any ideas?

I wouldn't use a drill bit any bigger than the small hole in the steering pivot. That hole size will vary depending on how many times the #5 taper pin has been replaced.
