Defrost duct hose

What has everyone used for the defrost duct hose? I've looked around and I see places selling 2" hose, but I measure the outlets at 1 3/4".

    We get ours from our local auto parts store, kind of a black paper corrugated (?) hose. Napa stores may also have them, comes in about 1 1/2 foot, collapsed, lengths.

    I used 1 3/4" replacement shop vac hose purchased from Lowes? I don't remember the cost, but it wasn't much.
