H127 emblem

I see on ebay a door trim emblem "H127". Just out of idle curiosity, what does this designate? It is the same sort of emblem as on my Hornet and Jet, but I have never come across the 127 before.

This is the Horsepower designation for the 262 (1951-52)

Ah, so they finally tweaked it up to almost the same as the good old eight cylinder engine, which was 8 cubic inches less! We never had any of these post-war cars here in N.Z. hence my ignorance.
