WA-1 float valve

Has anyone experienced flooding of the float chamber( especially the rear carb) when the Twin h carbs are first started after sitting for a couple of weeks or so? AND, did you solve the problem with the ball type float valve sold in the WTN?

    If you have the old style needle and seat, steel, that is your problem. If you have any modern style unit, then your problem is today's gas dries out in 2 to 3 days and turns to varnish, and new gas must pass through and will clean it out. To fix this problem add STA-BIL to your gas every time you fill your tank. All auto stores carry this item, and just read the label. Walt.

    Yes, and yes. The ball valves work great.
