My truck in a wedding
Back in January, a friend of mine mentioned that his daughter wanted to use an old truck in her wedding. We discussed the current condition of mine, and I told him that I would do my best to get it operational and presentable in time, but I couldn't commit to it.
The truck has been off the road since 1989. I bought it in 2007, and hadn't made much progress up until about April of this year. I drove it on the road for the first time Memorial day weekend, the wedding was the following Saturday.
Anyway, it worked out well. The bride was very pleased, as was I to see my old truck appreciated so much
Enjoy the pics;

I posted pics in the past, but for reference this is what it looked when I bought it;

April 2007, after some much needed cleaning...
More cleaning and steel wheels...
Morning of the wedding, shined the existing paint as much as I could...
