When I was young and trying to fix things on my car, brakes for example and the small springs were snapping everywhere, my father used to say: "Michel! Come and sit and have a beer with me! You'll work it tomorrow! The day after, all was getting well! R.I.P.Dad! ( Would have been 99 tomorrow by the way). This is the best advice I can give you while you wait for the other ( and better) experts.

I thought I took the glove box door lock out and took it to a locksmith to have another key made, which fit my trunk lid. Maybe I got it wrong, but someone knows how this works. Isnt the ignition lock key and door key the same?? Good luck, Bob P0
