fuel pump hose

I'm thinking about using one of the AMC single stage fuel pumps on my Hornet. I've read about the difficulty of making the sharp bend needed in the discharge line for these pumps. Has anyone used a good grade of fuel hose instead of steel tubing for this application? It seems like it would be a lot easier.

Keep it from hot and sharp stuff, it'll work just fine. Thats all i used. On both my Hornet and 65 Chevy truck.
