Need Fenders, '28 Essex. What else will work

I am looking for a front and rear left fender for my '28 Essex, 4 door. What other fender will work? Any suggestions??

    There was a 1928 Essex parts car that was sold on Ebay at the end of November (you'd have to look for it on the past auctions thing), maybe you could contact the buyer to find out if he's willing to sell fenders.

    There is a guy in Alberta Canada his name is Ray Ganser. He has lots of Essex parts and advertises in Hemmings. I have talked to him and he is very friendly and knowledgable. He should be able to fix you up. Old time mechanic who worked on them and has been buying parts and cars for years.

    The fenders on a car like that are reasonably simple. If you can't find one a good metal worker can wheel one out in a few days. Also, try salvage yards like Easy Jacks east of chapman Kansas and Moore's Auto Salvage in Rapid City South Dakota. I'll find their phone numbers this afternoon.
