Interesting list... I just read a short history to NASCAR book at BOOKS A MILLION. Fonty Flock is quoted as saying (circa 1952) that the unitbody constuction of a Hudson kept it on all four and allowed the torque from the engine to pull the car around the track smoothly0

Thank you Ken. I for one can vouch for the handling. The first drive 2yrs ago blew me away. I said to my Dad, who I bought the car for, " I can't believe how this car holds the road." It handles like a BMW. He laughed and said, " That's why I owned and drove Hudsons from 50 - 73. " The only thing that made me sell that 54Hornet Club Coupe was not being able to store it properly.0
