Water pump seal

Help! I need the carbon seal washer that goes inside the water pump on my Hornet. I have the spring assembly and a new shaft and bearing, but no carbon washer. I have tried Allbrights but they only have complete water pumps. Can anyone point me in the direction for a new washer please.
