Carter WA - What?

So the Carb is a Carter WA-1. BUT WA-1s were suffixed with 694,780,435 etc.
Which one is Hudson-able?

    you will find a complete list of carburetors, and other components, that should answer your question.

    Hudson started using WA-1 carbs in 1940 (WA1-454S), but the majority were used between 1950 and 1956.

    Thanks for the data Alex.

    I was looking at a WA1 recently that had a manual choke, does anyone know if that is most likely the 1940 version? Did other car makers use the WA1?
