The Hudson Hornet 7X on New X-Box 360 Game...
Interesting story.... a couple months ago a guy called me about my Red 7X Coupe. Thought he wanted to buy it. Nope. He works for Micosoft, specifically, X-Box. He flys all over the world to create cars for these video games. Make a long story short, he wanted to take photo's of the entire car (over 1,500 photos...) and then convert them into a 3-D computer model for their upcoming video game---Forza Motorsport 4. For those who don't know, the Forza series racing videos are the most popular X-box racing games in the world.
So, he just left my driveway after taking the 1,500 photos. He also recorded the engine starting and running (which the player will be able to get in and start the car in the game). The new game will be out in about 9 months. The Red 1952 Hudson Hornet 7X will be one of the 600 race cars available to choose to race agains't the other guys. Thought you guys would get a kick out this like I did. Niels

I watched the short video on the muscle car 'pack'. Hoo boy! They put some detail in those cars.
*Sigh* Now I just need an X-Box...0 -
This actually makes me want to buy Forza 4, which is out now, by the way..0

Wow, very cool Niels. My kids play those. I'll have to take a look when the new game comes out.0

Niels,
You need to bring the car and the game to national in Gettysburg next year. The game would be great entertainment in the lobby of the hotel on a big screen TV. Ask the Gettysburg planning committee if they can get it set up for you.

That's a great idea about the video game in Gettysburg. they will be able to pick up a copy anywhere. Unfortunately, I know the car won't be in my hands anymore and I'll be on to another Hudson.0
