    Appears to be a Super Series to me - Super Eight! Quite a rare car even in 1948! I'm surprised he didn't call it a "Hornet"

    Fairbanks,a paltry 3000 km from here. If the car was cheaper I'd consider it.

    Don't drive the Alcan Highway this time of year. I drove it in July and ruined a new jeep and trailer, most miles are dirt and rocks and those big trucks will fly pass you and cover you with stones. I was told to slow down in the middle of the road when you saw a truck coming up behind you, then pull over and stop to let him pass. Never got a broken windshield which is n=big business on the Alcan Highway. Tore the bottom off both units.. Walt.
