1940 Sedan Restoration Progress - Dashboard clock
The mechanical clock in my 40 was badly damaged. I sent the mechanism to a watchmaker who luckily could get it running.
As can be seen above, the faceplate was basically unreadible. So I had graphic designer re-draw it for me.
First, I sanded the faceplate to get rid of the damage
Then glued the new on on (with my own modification)
And finally put it all together again
If you want the artwork I used for this, PM me.
