anyone know the story of this Hudson sheet music?

I am guessing Grandpa Harry's Hudson song didn't actually air because my copy of the 2nd Edition has Hudson crossed out and Chrystler written in, some new words substituted, and the copyright date changed. Also note that the first page of the score in my earlier post is probably an original hand written version before the printed versions of sheet music were made. I also found this letter, which may be a clue to where this sheet music may have circulated from and made its way to ebay.
