I got mine at Wal-Mart, would you believe. I have 12v and just measured the length I needed and that was that. You might have to an auto parts store for the woven ground.0

If you're lucky enough to live near a Tractor Supply, you may be able to get one off the shelf. This one is 20" long, 1 gauge wire, $16.99: http://www.tractorsupply.com/vehicle-battery-cables/lynx-black-battery-cable-20-in-1-gage-terminal-lug-0474217
The next size down is 14" long, and the next larger size is 24". These will all have the neoprene covered cable, though, not the authentic looking woven cloth. If you're looking for authenticity.
Blain's Farm and Fleet appears to have the even thicker 2/0 cables in 12", 24" and 36" lengths for a maximum of $11.19 plus shipping: http://www.farmandfleet.com/products/036486-2_0_gauge_fleet_battery_cable.html#.Tt2-ulbNRrs0 -
