Starter parts for 37 Terraplane
Hi again folks (2 emails in a week, which is positively garrulous for me!):)
I was very grateful for the helpful replies to my 'kingpin' post earlier, but now I have a new query. Ever since I have had the car the starter sometimes fails to disengage, and last week I took it to a very good local guy who rebuilds starter motors. He has stripped it, and all it needs it the pinion return spring, and ideally a pinion (or pinion housing - not sure which he said!). So of course - my question is, does anyone know of a source for starter motor spares? I know I could probably find a complete starter motor over there somewhere, but the shipping and tax on that would be absolutely eye-watering, whereas if I can get hold of just the parts needed, the local guy is very cheap!
Thanks in advance - looking forward to giving the car its first outing this year, as soon as I get the little issues fixed!

Thanks very much - that's absolutely brilliant, and it doesn't look too expensive to mail!
Cheers
