Seems like mostly we read of complaints about unreliable suppliers. I want to change the tone and give a big shout-out to the Eshelmans, www.PartsByEmc.com
Almost 2 years ago I purchased a pair of door striker latches for my '51 Hornet Coupe. Last week one of the castings broke, possibly because of slamming the door too hard. I contacted the supplier asking about purchasing a replacement, and instead they sent me a brand new pair at no cost.
Now THAT's customer service.
Check out their website... lots of good stuff, including the vent window gear casting which I've also purchased from them.
