31 Clutch Adjustments?
I hope that a adjustment may fix my problem. Any ideas? I drained and replaced the clutch fluid and stopped the chatter. Checked transmission fluid levels. Good. If I am sitting with the engine off and try to put it into 1st 2nd or 3rd not a problem. Try to shift in reverse I takes some working at. Start the engine and it's the if you can't find them grind them story. I tried to adjust the pedal. After I get into gear no problem shifting from 1st to 2nd to 3rd. From 3rd to second for get it. Maybe I'm not to good with the double clutch. It seems like the clutch is grabbing fine while driving, not slipping so I'm looking for ideas on what to try next before I pull it out.

It seems you are just not getting enough movement in the clutch pedal to disengage so some adjustment needed there. If anything like a '28, take the pin out of the linkage and screw the turnbuckle in a few threads and re-try. Also with the '28 you have to have the right thickness gasket in the clutch assembly otherwise it will cause problems.
