Need room for two at host hotel

Looks like my wife and I will be able to come up for the nationals. Looking for a room at the host hotel -- so if anyone has to cancel??

Regarding cancellations at either of the host hotel rooms: if anyone wants to cancel theirs and make sure that Hudson people get them, please take heed of what's been published by the meet organizers:

"Please, If you have reserved rooms and at anytime you find that you will not be able to use them, please do not return them to the Hotel. If you notify Allan Minard at ARMinard@comcast.net, hew will attempt to place your rooms with other members. That way we can keep the rate on the rooms as advertised. If the rooms are returned to the hotel, the rate reverts to the rack rate for the hotel should someone else need them. Allan will transfer the rooms and insure that your deposit is refunded."
