Nationals flea market

When does the flea market start setting up at the Nationals? Is there a "car corral" with the flea market?

If you look at the top of the forum here you will find National Meet Info . There it lists set up as on monday 23rd.

I dont know for sure but past practice has been that there was not a separate car "Corral". The cars for sale would mostly be sitting in the swap area or just parked in the lot with the Hudsons of the era with for sale sign.
