37 Terraplane hood center trim-molding

I'm looking for the Hood molding (1 piece of chrome or stainless) that goes over the center of the hood.
I've looked for the post where the Mack truck trim is mentioned as fitting but can't get the search function to work like it used to.

    Thru the years it's been said to be Mack part #40-M12-P23100 HINGE but recently someone said they tried it and it didn't work. Someone then responded that the hood hinge for MG models MD and TC would work. You might Google for an MG parts house and ask them for the exact dimensions....or maybe you are located near one and could personally view it.
