Fog light switch escutcheon

I am looking for a 48-49 Fog light switch escutcheon. That is the small chrome piece that is behind the switch nut that says"FOG". PN 216721.. Been looking for this piece for a long time. Below is a picture of a couple other escutcheons, drivemaster and lights.
