36 Terraplane rear 1/4 window seals

My 36 Terraplane has the sliding rear 1/4 windows and I will be needing to replace the weather stripping that curves around the back of the window and seals it as it slides back. The original was curved and about 2in wide and a 1foot long and made out of cloth rapped around some sort of stiff cardboard. K-Gap does not sell this, but is there something that can be modified to use in this application.
