Need Some Help in New Hampshire

I don't know if anyone on the forum is near New Boston, NH, but if they are I could use some help. I have the dash from my '40 Cadillac at Classic Auto Services for woodgraining. I obviously did not do my homework very well on this guy, Bob Waller and he has apparently a questionable reputation, and after digging it is apparent this is a guy to avoid. He took months to get the job "done" and by done I mean he called about a month ago and said it was ready to ship. So stupid me did not ask for any pictures and I paid him by Paypal. It was to be shipped the next day. Well after several calls and repeated excuses I still have not seen my dash. I am about ready to drive there from MD to see if he even has done anything.
