Help help help! 1940 Hudson 2-door Coupe rear fenders needed!

Here is your difference. The fenders on the left are 39 Sedan and the ones on the right are 40 Coupe. They are unique to that car as they curve inward around the body. You might advertise in the WTN but they are made of unobtainium.
These from my 40 coupe were very thin, and most of the mounting tabs were rusted off so I was trying to find some too. I wound up cutting the mounting tabs off from the 39 fenders which were pretty solid, and welding them to the 40 fenders, then painting the insides with Rustolium Xylol-based hammered paint, which stiffened them up some, then using Bondo to stiffen them up more. Was going to use fiberglass to stiffen them up more but they are acceptable now. See my maiden voyage here, and turn the sound up.
