Grill removal 37 Terraplane

Any tips before I start this process. I need to have the radiator done and the engine out so it seems removing the shell makes sense.

Yup, definitely easier to pull the engine once the radiator and shell are out. It's pretty straightforward. Be careful to note if there are any spacers under the radiator, and how thick (I never noted this so don't know if my radiator sits at the correct height). The tricky thing is getting the radiator shell back in without scratching the adjacent front fenders.0

Remove the headlights first.....they are in the way and too tempting to use as "handles"0

I second that.
Besides, that shell is not light!

Remove the front bumper, really makes a difference when putting it back together.0
