I think a few of you on the forum have already heard or figured it out........but I recently purchased all of John Soneff's parts that are not going to Auburn. It is some serious tonnage! It will probably take me a few weeks to empty everything out of the basement and find a place to stash it. This was of full service shop, so there is a bunch of stuff for other brands of vintage cars and trucks, in addition to the Hudson stuff. I am willing to sell anything at reasonable prices, but it will take me awhile to go through the stuff and attempt to identify everything. I picked up my second load today.
I believe John had cornered the market on oil seals, points/condensers, bearings (but not 25877t...), u-joints, brake cylinders, and especially carb kits and carb parts. There are at least 1000 old carter zip kits for every car ever made with metering rods. There is also a huge cabinet full of new metering rods and parts.
There is some nice NOS sheet metal dating 1940 to 1953. Bumper parts, lights, glass, fuel pumps, stainless, etc.....the list goes on.
I have started to Ebay some items, but if anyone is looking for a specific item, let me know. As I inventory items, I will set stuff aside and sell direct. If you are driving through Denver on the way to or from the national (or any time), please call, and you are welcome to rummage in person.
I may also post pictures of items I can't identify...........I am sure there will be a lot.
Please be patient, as I have 2 jobs and 2 small kids, so my Hudson time is somewhat limited to after everyone else goes to bed

Could you post some contact info? I've got a file of "sources", and will add you to it, but would be good to be able to contact you when I find a need.0

I'd be interested to know if there's any literature I could use for the online library. We might be able to work something out.

KEN THANKS LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE THE BEZELS THAT IS ALL I NEED TO COMPLETE MY LIGHTS.0

Fuel pump (dual), WA-1 749S carb, starter all for a 1950 Pacemaker. Will take single fuel pump as this is for the emergency road kit.0
-
Pacemaker500 - You could also use a starter for a 262 engine. It's got a little more grunt then the standard 232 starter, and should therefore give longer service life.0
-
Thanks, JetMan. Nice to know. I am just looking to get some parts to stock up for road side emergencies, etc....0
-
Any 35 stuff? Did you get the 35 sedan that was on ebay too? I'm looking for a grill and top trim that holds mascot. Also crank lever mech for windshield. Thanks0
-
Do you have a transmission mount for a 53 Hornet with std/od transmission? It is the flat plate with a rubber pad that the transmission sits on. E-mail HETedwardjohnsr@aol.com. Drop the HET when you e-mail me.
Thanks
