53 Hornet Bumper

I have a 53 Hornet with what I believe is an incorrect bumper. When I bought the car about 18 months ago I was given the front bumper horse collar with a 20-1/4 inch bolt spread. The square holes towards the center of the bumper have an 18-3/4 spread. Were the front horse collars made in only 1 size? Could this bumper be from a Pacemaker or other model? The bumper does have the outside bumperettes 24" from center. Thanks for your help!
