Squirt it with some freeze mist . That should shrink it loose .

Yes, check the other site. It uses a solid brass housing tapped at 1/2' x 20fine and a 5/8" wrench or socket to remove. Keep adding penetrating oil and slowly /gently attempt to free it. Roger, I'm not sure what freeze mist is, but sounds interesting. Am I right to say it attempts to contract the brass size? Plenty TS-4 sensors for sale on Ebay. BTY, don't add any sealant or ant-seize when reinstalling. They will probably cause a continuity issue for the gauge.0

Yes , some sort of refrigerant I suppose . Available at a good part store like NAPA . Might even be nitrogen in liquid form . But it is very cold and shrinks the parts it is sprayed on there by breaking them loose.

Wire brush the exposed treads first, then use blaster or a good penetrating oil. If it dose not back out, many times like spark pugs in an aluminum head I will try to tighten the frozen item just a bit more, then it will usually come loose an unscrew as it should. good luck! Ron.0

"Freeze Mist" can be more focused by using the Wart Remover In A Can. Just something I learned working in another project.0
