54 Hornet Gas Cap

Hi All,
Does anyone have a good working number for a 54 Hornet gas cap? The current Stant oldies list does not include the 54, which is smaller than the 53 and down. Thanks in advance, Bruce

    Bruce, I believe the 54 stepdowns used the 53-54 Jet caps? Then the correct cap is for 53-57 Chev or 49-58 Cadillac. Those #s are Stant G37, GM part #1453962 . The cap on my 50 Caddy fits the Jet.

    Good to know. I bought an original one from Jason out at Vintage Coach. I could not find anything that would fit.
