Thats a steal, the Twin H is worth 1/2 that. I have a good rear window for that car.

Looks like it has power brakes? , I see the vacuum tank.
Interesting way to remove the radiator.
  • The Twin H is the type with the paper filters.

@Ken and Paul: These are the ones that came with my 54 Super Wasp. Are they the right ones for my car? I think so. It's a 262 c.i. Michel

Yes yours are correct for a 54... but...Not to muddy the water... there were some "later" air filters fitted to late 54 Models. I did have a 54 Hollywood,-7D7318901 Built in late Oct. 54 that had the "Hash" type filters installed. They had the AMC decals as well. This car had the AMC decals on the Air filters as well as a fender mounted radio antenna. This specific car also had lap belts with AMC sewn in labels. Meritt Marks Sr. made a special trip to Detroit to see that last 54's being assembled. He was accompanied by Meritt Jr. (Roy) . His recollection of the production line was that almost all the production was either Hollywoods or convertibles. Sounds logical that they would unload the most expensive inventory.
This car is presently owned by Earl McNeese in Tn.
