Assistance Request Drive Master Transmission
A friend of mine recently acquired a 1947 Commodore 6 with a Drive Master transmission. He is a capable mechanic, but can't figure out how to adjust the clutches properly.
He is not computer literate, and chooses to remain so.
If anyone out there can assist him, he can be contacted at: Mike's Truck and Trailer, 586-465-6700 Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm. Ask for Bernie.

there is a separate service manual for drivemaster/ supermatic available. I think someone has a scan of it somewhere. Otherwise Doug Wildrick is your best resource. He can get them working.0

After talking with my friend again today, it might just be a user problem, and not a transmission or clutch problem. He probably just needs to figure out how to operate it.
I downloaded numerous files from the Hudson Essex Terraplane club website today, perhaps I will find something there.
We'll work on it. Thanx for the reply.0 -
If its a user issue the owners manual is on the web site and should tell how to operate Drivemaster,
