Assorted Hudson Parts
Cleaning out my garage, I have a lot of six volt Hudson distributors, Fuel Pumps, Carbs, couple of cork clutch plates, hubcaps, one each 262 cast iron head & 308 alunimun, horn rings, some trim all of which can be platted, manifold...If worth anything to members, please email me, if I had to grade and for the purpose of not to mislead anyone, I'd consider all used parts as cores.
I also have a great deal of '52 - 53 Hornet stainless trim and brand new pair "S" Metro Rubber still in original bag.
I just purchased a 1950 Packard and want to make some room; see link:

Hi Ray, I am interested in the 262 head. Could you PM me please. Ideally I could pick it up instead of you having to ship it.

For Sale Various Hornet Stainless Steel Trim
Two sets of Coupe Step Down Door Sills

I'd be very interested in roof stainless trim for a '52 Club Coupe.. my guess is that those are all for 4-door sedans though?0

Good Morning Doc.,
Not to confuse any members, my car is coupe and not sure stainless trim I am offering is from coupe or sedan, other than doors I didn't realize there is a difference.
As for door sills, both sets are for a coupe, foolishly polished one set which is directly off my restored '52 coupe, not as good as other set with Hudson design diamonds lettering. In case not what you require, I purchased reproduction set on my car from DOORSILLS.com a company in New Jersey , however one man operation and took over two years and around $260.- ?
Anyone interested in pork chops (1) that I purchased from Bill Albight years ago, much heavier than original Hudson factory porkchop, if any interest I can check if right/left side, other ones in pictures require some work, couple have tabs, others do not; all need chrome platting.
Still have a couple of fuel pumps, carbs, distributors, generatiors, center steering wheel inserts, manifold, tail light bezels, front directional bezel and 262 metal and 308 heads.
Good Luck,
Ray

DocHornet I have a complete set of stainless for a coupe including front, rear windows, side door and side window. I don't have my pictures anymore.I thought I had it all sold to some clown from NC. I carefully boxed everything up and got the UPS charges and never heard from the guy again. If interested PM me.

Note: I am sure you all already know, but for those members who haven't checked following website http://www.rockauto.com/ you may find required parts and weather seals at cheaper price than Metro Rubber is offering and probably is same, check it out; wish I did many years ago.
Good Luck,

Ray,
On June 15th I sent you a PM on the sill plates, but never heard from you. I then assumed you had sold them. I don't know about the rest of you guys here on the form, but when someone sends me a PM, the notice that I have one shows in a bold red letter at the top of the Classic Car web page. Oh well, probably could not have afforded them anyway...

Michael, (mdwit)
I am sorry about confusion, and as a courtesy I always attempt to answer incoming communications however I must admit I am experiencing difficulties using present format, if you do receive this reply, please answer to kada9528@cox.net For the better set of coupe sills I want $50.- plus postage.
Thanks,

Ray,
Thanks for responding to my comments on Classic Car.com.
In the PM, I had asked if you could give me a better idea as to the condition of the better set of sill plates, because it was hard for me to tell by the picture if they had any dents.
Russell Chilton had asked the price yesterday, and although I was the first to respond (via my PM). I consider Russell a good friend. So I would like to call him tonight first, just to know that he's okay with me buying them.
I really do though, appreciate your sense of fairness though, Ray.
Michael
Hi Michael,
In the spirit of cooperation of seeing another two Hudson coupe's on the road I'll arrange to send both/two sets to either your or Russell's home address and whatever you two determine is fair, you can send me return check; I'll leave that up to you.
Please send mailing address of where I can mail parcel?
Thank you and good luck,
Hudsonly - Ray
