Roll out vent windows?

I bought some new trim pieces for the door panels on my 49 and the top of the panel has a metal trim piece and it has a hole in it that is big enough for a window crank. Now the normal window crank is further down the door so I'm wondering if this was an option and where could I get a pair of them? Thanks
