Supply and Demand, we all know that cars from Penn. are all rust-free. Funny..didn't see any pictures of the underneath.
A: The car is pristine,no rust anywhere. It originated in New England.Vermont + Rhode Island. My price is firm.

Not to say its worth the asking or to say its not. It looks like it could be a good driver for someone that wants a swb brougham that would present well though not a show car. If that is not what you want the car to be, it may be too high but seams reasonable if you like it as is.
as for underside concerns:
with PA classic plates, it's required state inspection. the car would have to (at least appear to) be solid structurally also suspension components would need to be good. that is unless he just just getting a lick and stick then there would be some legal recourse against the owner and "inspector". The new england past is not necessarily a death sentence, i had a perfect frame 50 c6 out of Cleveland and my 48 came out of DC alsio with a perfect frame. Salt may make them vaulnerable but sitting is what does these cars in, especially when the underside can't breathe. So many cars were parked out back and even when they didn't sink into the ground the weeds sealed the rockers to the ground. when my good frames were retired, they were both parked on blocks, neither in the best of environments, e.g. though a solid driver when parked, the front fenders and hood of the 50 half disolved in the years it was parked while the frame rails remained perfect.0
