Headliner Bows rubber fasteners

The round rubber (?) washers/plugs that the bolts fit into to hold my headliner bows in place are hard as a rock and crumble when I put a screw in them. Where can I buy replacements or do I have to make the parts... This is for my 1954 Hudson Hornet Special.

    Thanks Ken. I have to say how great the folks on this forum are. I can not tell you how many times I have requested parts or information and it was only a short time and it was available. You guys are great!!!
    The parts are on order.......
