Thanks for posting- I've got an electric pump now, but need to do a better one- It won't build pressure when I turn on the key, have to grind on it just like a mechanical- then it works fine.0 -
Yes is ok. I was just happy to see them feature a Hudson. I got the exact pump they show sitting on my bench just have not installed it yet0

NICE ARTICLE BUT THERE NOT REALY EXPLANING THAT THE NEW PUMP SHOULD BE AT THE REAR OF THE CAR AND THE FILTER IS A MUST JUST BEFORE THE PUMP. I INSTALLED MINE JUST IN FRONT OF THE TANK IT HAS WORKED FINE FOR 10 YEARS NOW WITH OUT ANY TROUBLE AT ALL AND NO VAPOR LOCK NOT EVEN ON A DAY WHEN IT'S OVER 1000

I thought they covered that off on page 44 where they discuss best location for installing plus the filter is discussed under the picture0
