Wiper Arms

Is there a way to tighten the tension on wiper arms? Mine leave a spot in the line of vision, so in a good downpour I have to look around the middle. I also use rainex, but when rain is heavy , it isn't enough. Also had wiper motor rebuilt.

Kim, It may be the tension on the spring in the wiper arm. I'd check to see if it's OK or needs replacing.
