I have quite a few photos of Dad's cars from back in the 30's also of my Grandfather's 29 Essex he bought new so I had better do as you say and get them on the HET site

I wish I had photo's of my Dad's 1926 Hudson he had in the 30's - I came home from the hospital in that car, but I don't really remember it. I remember the story he told about taking Mom to the hospital. They went out to get in the car - and a tire was flat!!!! From the way Dad tells it he changed that old clincher tire in record time!!! Skinned knuckles and all. Mother says all she did was sit on a stone wall beside the driveway saying "Just take your time, Father - we've plenty of time!!" She would have known - I was #3 after 2 sisters (hand me downs in my early years were a bit%^h!!!
Granddad had a 37 T utility coupe with the slide out box - I don't remember that one either but have seen a picture of it sometime or other.

I have a photo of my Mom looking out from behind the 36 Tplane in the deep outback. I always thought she looked a little stressed. When she turned 80 I was sorting her photos prior to giving them to her hiking club & she admitted to being totally unclothed behind the car!! I couldn't give it away after that.
