Will also consider a '51. Original power train a must, Twin-H a plus. No/little rust but paint problems ok. I don't mind a small project, but I don't have time for another full-time job.

If you'd like to part with your Hornet, send me a message.

You might want to mention what part of the country (assuming you're in the U.S.!) you're in. If someone in your area has a Hornet for sale, he might be motivated to step forward, knowing you're not that far away.

Thanks, Russell, and good suggestion, Jon. I'm in Delaware, though I'm willing to travel or arrange transport for the right deal.

What part of DE? I live right outside Newark.

I'm just south of Dover, near Frederica.

If you bomb out looking for the coupe, consider a sedan. This one has had new rings, guides, valves and seats ground, rebuilt carbs and some fresh chrome up front.

Needs some work on the headliner, driver's seat, and some paint bubbles along the chrome.

308 Twin H, glasspak, 3 speed stick with 3:78 rear.

Steals the attention at car shows, and you can let people sit in the back seat.

I have to downsize and don't need two stepdowns.
