Can someone please tell me the correct positioning of the heater hoses? What I have now is the hose from the water pump
goes into the top of the heater core, the hose coming out of the bottom of the heater core goes to the bottom of the Ranco heat control valve and the top hose on the Ranco valve goes to the head. I can't find any pics in the repair manual. Thanks for any help. Richie.

The hose from the cylinder head goes to the far right on the ranco valve, the left hose goes to the top of the heater core and the lower goes back to the water pump. This makes the complete circulation of hot water through the heater when the ranco valve is seat to hot. Walt.
