Also, what should the crankshaft bolt be final-torqued to, in ft-#s ?

If your asking about the lock Tab on the Damper Bolt they are usually destroyed after a couple rebuilds so I just use Red Loctite then torque to the Max on my Wrench (120#), then tighten a little more with a Bar since its a 3/4" bolt.
