Hi Alex, got an e-mail from someone who recently acquired a (1925?) Hudson Super Six Phaeton from Australia but he cannot register the vehicle in UK. To do so, he needs proof of age by a recognised Club. The serial number is: 628025
As a 1924-25 Hudson registry responsible, I would like to help this gentleman. I went on the HET web site but could not find the link related to serial numbers...Where should I look for it? I'm quite sure you probably posted it somewhere...Thank you Alex. Michel

    He has a 1925 Hudson - serial numbers for 1925 ran 5620016 to 672227.

    For your info 1924 Hudson numbers ran (1st Series - Dec. 1, 1923) 500000 to 526856; (2nd Series - Intro'd June 16, 1924) 526857 to 562016. These 2nd series, in Hudson's scheme of things became 1925 models on Dec. 1, 1924.

This info is in the General Information Handbook for Hudson Built Automobiles which can be found in the online library @ http://hetclub.org/burr/lithomepage.htm - filed under Other H-E-T Literature (at the top of the page.

Thank you so much Alex for your prompt reply. I had looked almost everywhere but the Other HET file. He will certainly be happy and I will suggest him to join the HET Club.
    Thanks again, Michel

Michel, considering the considerable lack of "official" Hudson records what I have is about as official as it's going to get.

Alex, I already wrote the letter with all the information needed. What you have is the best source for any research. Tomorrow, an example of the last WTN will be in the mail for him, thanks to Carmen, our national secretary. We may have a new member soon! Michel
P.S. Alex,we will never thank you enough for your great support!
