Sending a picture in a private message.

Can anyone tel me how to attach a picture when I am sending a private message?

I sent you a PM. Basically, you have to upload your pic to a online photosharing service. I use Imageshack.
After uploading. You can copy and then paste the link into your message. I like to use the thumbnail option.
