Curious findings - 52-3 Wasp

I am working on a 52 Wasp Sedan and using a 53 Wasp sedan parts car to base the build off of. One curious thing we just noticed is that the 52 had "cat whiskers" stapled on the door window garnish moldings while the 53 Wasp with the same doors has no sign that any cat whiskers have ever been on the car.

There probably was something that was on there that long ago fell off. There's quite a few differences starting in '53. The writing was on the wall and Hudson starting cutting corners wherever possible.
