I've scanned this approx. 6 X 8 card stock of a Hash promo, both sides (inside is a color photo of Jackson Hole, sort of an ad by Union Pacific).
I'd be glad to give it to a Hash enthusiast, just want cost of mailing in appropriate sized envelop with card inside to prevent it from getting bent. Anyone interested, otherwise will toss it (my e-mail address: oldhudsons@aol.com)??????

sorry the blue lettering didn't come out better. The card stock is a medium brown in color so guess the rather pale blue doesn't copy very well ~

I understand that Hudson also had special "trains" (actually reserved coaches added to regularly scheduled trains) that converged from different parts of the country on Detroit, at the time of the christening of the Terraplane in 1932. Special menus were printed similar to this one. Dealers or their representatives would travel together to Detroit to see the unveiling of the car, and (in the case of the 1932 event) they would drive the new cars home to their showrooms. Many people remember Bill Bade, in the H-E-T Club, who recalled being sent to Detroit, as a young man, by his local Hudson dealer in 1932 to drive home one of the new Terraplanes. I believe he traveled on such a train.
