Valves
I have pulled the engine and transmission out of my 40 Hudson. I removed the head and was looking at the valves. The pattern they follow has me confused. It is as follows starting with number one. Exhust-intake. exh-int. exh-int. INT.-EXH. Exh-int. Exh-int
Is number 4 supposed to be backwards, or was it put in wrong sometime ago when someone had the engine apart?
Also on the nut that holds the vibration damper on the front pulley, does it come off in a counter clockwise motion??
Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it. Hope you all have a great day
