    I don't see ANYTHING 1934 about this car nor is there any documentation offered. It looks like some wealthy cat's cobbled together race toy so that he could attend events and go vintage racing. When built it needed a year on the paperwork to make it legitimate so with the stepdown powerplant and a late '20s Hud grille badge, he called it a '34 Hudson. You wouldn't be buying any history with this amalgamation.

    Hudson race cars of this type usually had a custom body on a Hudson chassis. Usually the chassis, engine and drive train were the only thing Hudson about it. Trying to run a standard body Hudson at Indy would be like driving a brick. Thus the aerodynamic style body.

    it looks obvious to me it's got a Hornet engine, sure not a H8
