I FOUND A PAIR OF TIMING GEARS #165958 CAM SHAFT GEAR #166310 CRANKSHAFT GEAR THE BOOK SAYS
1946-1947 ALL
1948 TO 1952 8CYL
THE CAMSHAFT GEAR IS ALUMINUM THE CRANK GEAR IS STEEL THEY ARE A MATCHED SET THAT ARE USED BUT IN GREAT SHAPE I TOOK OUT OF A 1947 6 CYL ENGINE I'M ALMOST SURE THEY WILL WORK ALL THE WAY BACK TO 1934 IN BOTH 6 AND 8 CLY ENGINES

    Works back to '36 with only the bolt mod. '35 and earlier gears were thinner and the timing cover wasn't as deep, so must change the timing cover to put the '36 and later gears on.

    YES I KNOW MY 34 HAS THESE GEARS IN IT CUT DOWN BOLTS AND DRILLED TO WIRE THEM IN PLACE ALSO CHANGED THE COVER
